I grew white borage and calamintha this year. The borage flowers look darling on iced desserts. A calamintha stem is perfect in a glass of iced tea! I’m growing lemon verbena for the first time. I gave lemon verbena sugar a try and a lemon verbena liqueur. I used both for a twist on a French 75….delicious!

A pansy filled compound butter made up for an over baked homemade baguette. I have a ton of pansies drying for a
floral cracker recipe I’m dying to try. The Eat Your Flowers book has filled me with so many ideas!

All were started from seed and all well worth the effort!

Planning to grow cucamelons for cutting and eating. They are super cute and intrigued to try the flavour.
